A little bird told me that her sister had cancer. Under the public health care system she was obligated to go to the appointed doctor in her city according to her residence. The doctors of her city admitted that they weren't really sure about the operation that needed to be performed on the cancer as they had seen few cases of the type of cancer and did not have much experience in the area. Although she preferred to go to a more specialized and more experienced doctor in Madrid, she was not allowed.
